I opened my left eye patch. After following Lexi's advice to keep that eye closed for a speedy recovery, I can finally see the blue sky in this world completely.

My troops and I stood in the green valley with hills on either side. My gaze fell on the kingdom's troops with red flags in the distance. They still look like tiny dots in my eyes.

In the movie, I usually see the two parties going to war doing a staredown before killing each other. I don't know if that also happened in the real war and norms in this world.

What is clear, I will do this in my way—the way of a demon lord.

"Do it, Emily," I whispered to the supreme undead.

"Very well, my Lord." She crouched down and pressed her palms to the ground.

A few minutes passed in silence. And suddenly, there were rumblings at the location of the kingdom's army. Even from this distance, I can see the chaos there.

The undead came out of the ground and attacked our enemies.

They attracted royal soldiers to the ground or cut and stabbed them from the bottom, triggering large panic.

Yeah, I've hidden those undeads underground. Emily moved her troops to enter from a place far from here so that the kingdom's troops don't know about this.

Undeads don't need to eat, don't breathe, and can't be tired. So, they are very suitable for tasks like that.

Even so, their bodies are fragile, so things like this cannot last long. The royal troops will be able to overcome this, even with many casualties.

"Succubus, get ready!" I raised my hand, then swung it forward. "Go!!!"

Xenora led the Succubi, who carried black balls the size of an adult's head. They all fly at high speed and focus on their opponents.

The substitute general continued to observe the kingdom's troops. She is the key to all this. The timing of this attack must be right, or everything will be more difficult.

And when they were right above the kingdom's troops, she shouted. "Now!!!"

Those Succubi dropped the balls. The loud explosion echoed once the items hit the kingdom's troops, making the situation more chaotic.

Then, Xenora searched for the leader of the troops. But her attention switched to something different instead.

"Someone did something behind this troop, My Lord!" Xenora's view was fixed on several magic users separated from the troops. Those people's hands glow and do circular movements.

"Focus on your job!" Vorn answered. "Find the commander, captains, and the other! I already told you their characteristics, right!?"

"But..." Xenora was about to argue but refrained, even though she felt the magic users should be watched. Her master's command is absolute. "Sure, Your Majesty."

She then dives to a long blonde-haired man who seems to be directing the troops. From the gold attribute worn on that man's shoulder, Xenora knew he was her target.

She clasped her wings, making her dive speed increase. Then, she caught the target from a horse.

"Let me go, you cunt!" The man tried to free himself when Xenora began to fly again into the air.

Xenora tightened her arms on that man, trying to ignore some punches to her face. When looking back, she saw some large white light vortexes.

[Vorn's POV]

I felt like every inch of my body flowed with electricity when I saw those giant vortexes.

"Lord Vorn!"

I looked back and found Lexi pushed forward to see me. "Those are the portals for pocket dimension! They want to get things out of there!"

"You once said that only you can make something like that!" I replied.

The doctor gulped. "Maybe they have also found that method too, even though the preparation is longer than mine .... Anyway, we must move quickly! I did say that pocket dimensions couldn't accommodate living things, but I only tested them on ordinary animals! "

I widened my eyes. "Are wyverns not ordinary animals!?"

"No, they are fantastic beasts!!!"

I looked back at the kingdom's troops. My eyes found Xenora and the other succubi had flown towards us while bringing some leaders from the kingdom's army. I did tell those succubi to do it before we attack before more enormous chaos occurs.

Is it better if Xenora and her subordinates turn around to kill the portal makers? However, people brought by those women are essential for my long-term plan.

"Your Majesty!!!" Emily shouted aloud, making me wake up from deep thought. Then, the Supreme Undead hissed. "Looks like we have to move now."

Realizing now is not the time to overthink, I fly and give orders, "Attack!!!"

My troops are screaming and running forward.

"Keep going, Xenora!" I contacted that succubus. "Take them to the place we have agreed upon!"

Xenora replied, "You can still ask me to turn around and kill the makers of those light circles!"

"No, let them be our business!" I convinced myself that my decision was right.

Xenora paused for a moment. "As you wish, my lord."

I want to add a benchmark speed, but I have to keep leading my troops.

Xenora finally flew in the opposite direction above me while continuing to carry her captive. Our eyes met, but we said nothing.

My troops and I are getting closer to the opponent. They have overcome the undeads from below but lost direction because they have no leaders.

There was a clash between my troops and the army from the kingdom. The screams and sounds of weapons that collided echoed everywhere. The giant skeleton elephant instantly overthrow many opponents just by running toward them.

"Push them hard!" I shouted while diving and hit the head of a support wizard until he fell, then continued to go forward.

But I'm late.

The giant winged lizard came out of those portals of light. They fly low, and there is a long rope on their bodies.

Some soldiers ran and caught the ropes, using them to go up to Wyverns's back.

With that method, humans will not need to go into pocket dimensions.

The number of those creatures is around ten, and I am the only one that can fight them in aerial combat. The succubi are still far behind.
