"Anyway, Hitman Reborn was pretty good despite the fillers. Still, the ending did not seem finished at all. Can you check for me whether there'll be a continuation or not?" Albion casually requested with his hands in his pockets.

"Of course, Young Master Albion. Just give me a moment," Old Giza requested before quickly flipping out his tablet to punch in several keywords.

After perusing the relevant information, Old Giza shook his head and said, "Sorry to disappoint you, Young Master Albion. The anime will not have any continuation."

"Is there any reason why they would suddenly stop airing such a popular show?"

"Well, it seems that they have run out of content because the author of the story died in the first outbreak that occurred 2 years ago," Old Giza answered honestly.

"You… can you repeat that? I think I heard wrong."

"The author of the story was killed in the first outbreak, Young Master Albion."

Albion immediately fell silent with a sullen and dark look after Old Giza repeated in all honesty.

"…"

"Young Master Albion…?"

Old Giza looked at Albion with doubts before Albion spouted, "Don't stop me. I'ma go kill those mother f*ckers right now! Nothing can stop me from avenging the author!"

"But Emperor Polemos has been waiting for a chance to see you, Young Master Albion. What should I tell His Majesty if you leave?" Old Giza asked with a difficult expression.

"Oh, is that so? I guess I will go see Polemos first then," Albion stated nonchalantly with a lackadaisical attitude.

Old Giza was caught off guard by Albion's abrupt change in attitude and immediately staggered.

'What happened to your grandeur speech and unstoppable determination to avenge the author?' Old Giza thought speechlessly.

Nevertheless, Old Giza retained his smile while saying, "Then I will lead you to Emperor Polemos, Your Master Albion."

"Alright." Albion nodded.

Not long after, Albion followed Old Giza, leaving the ring behind them, and headed to the command center located at the very top of Damocles's main body.

Polemos quickly noticed Albion's arrival before waltzing over to greet with joy, "M-My Lord, you finally came out of seclusion!"

"You urgently needed to see me? Is there a problem?" Albion casually asked, seemingly unconcerned even if the heavens were to collapse.

"Not quite, my Lord. The welcoming banquet was arranged but got postponed until now," Polemos said before adding, "Now that my Lord has exited seclusion, I can finally inform our invited guests of the time. How does 6PM UTC sound, my Lord?"

"What time is it now?" Albion queried.

"4AM UTC, my Lord."

"4AM UTC, huh?" Albion muttered before resting his right fist on his left palm in exclamation, "Oh, I understand!"

Polemos was taken aback by the sudden exclamation before he asked with doubt, "What do you understand, my Lord?"

"I understand that I don't understand sh*t! What the heck is 4AM UTC? What would the time be in Silvercove City?" Albion changed his question.

Polemos and everyone around them immediately staggered, caught off guard by Albion's confusing choice of words.

'You understand that you don't understand? Do you have to be so confusing and misleading, my Lord?' Polemos silently thought before coughing wryly.

"Ahem, Silvercove City? Ah, that city in Draco County. The time there would be 12PM GMT+8 at the moment, my Lord. Are you planning to return to Silvercove City?" Polemos asked.

"I see…. You guessed it. There are some things I need to settle in Silvercove." Albion nodded before saying, "6PM UTC is fine with me. I'll allow you to arrange it."

"Oh, right. Before I forget. Here you go," Albion suddenly recalled before he fished out a black pill from the Ashura Ring and tossed it to Polemos.

Polemos immediately caught the pungent black pill and gave it a quick study before looking back at Albion with a puzzled look, "This is…?"

"Didn't I promise to refine a pill that can help you recover your old injuries and allow you to resume cultivation? This is the Life Rejuvenation Pill. It can cure all your lingering and hidden injuries and also make you look 30 years younger," Albion casually said with a nonchalant attitude.

But the more he behaved like it was not a big problem at all, the more Polemos believed that it was not a small matter before a light bulb seemed to have lit up in Polemos's head.

"No wonder my Lord was secluded for two whole days!"

"You have spent all that time refining this recovery pill for this subordinate. Words cannot express how honored and grateful I am, my Lord!" Polemos immediately knelt down to express his deepest gratitude.

Old Giza and Albion's jaws dropped in surprise.

"Actually—"

Old Giza wanted to correct the misunderstanding for Emperor Polemos, but he suddenly froze after Albion shot him a warning look.

'Zip it, Old Giza. Do you want to waste your emperor's effort of kneeling to me to express his gratitude? Wouldn't it be in vain if he finds out now?' Albion seemed to have conveyed to Old Giza with his look.

Old Giza naturally understood the silent message before his lips twitched.

"Actually, what?" Polemos asked.

"Ahem, it's nothing, Your Majesty," Old Giza stated before the corners of his eyes continued to twitch a few times.

Seeing Polemos still held the pungent black pill in hand, Albion urged, "What are you still waiting for? Hurry up and ingest it, and absorb all of its medicinal efficacy already!"

"Err… I don't want to doubt my Lord's good intentions but is this really safe for ingestion?" Polemos doubted while pinching his nose. "The smell seems a bit too pungent, no?"

He had seen the Dark Emperor's refined pills before, and it did not look anything like this black goo that failed to retain a perfectly rounded and solid form—not to mention that it stinks badly.

Of course, Albion had tried his hand at alchemy, and the result was as shown in Polemos's hand—a Life Rejuvenation Pill of the lowest quality was still a Life Rejuvenation Pill, nonetheless.

As such, Albion had a calm look as he shamelessly stated, "Pungent as it may be, you should know that when it comes to medicine; the more bitter it is, the more effective it is."

"You can rest assured and take it with ease, Polemos," Albion added coolly with reassurance.

'Rather than bitter, this thing smells like sh*t!' Polemos cried in his mind.

Nevertheless, Polemos did not refute his Lord's claims. Since the Lord has already stated as such, what else could he say?

"Then… I will thank my Lord once again for producing such a high-quality pill for this subordinate!" Polemos said.

After taking a deep breath, Polemos immediately swallowed the black pill down his throat.

In the next moment, Polemos's face quickly turned purple with a disgusted and nauseating look before his eyes rolled back, passing out on the floor with his mouth opened like his soul had just departed his body.

If not for Polemos's body spasms and twitching leg, everyone would have thought that Polemos died on the spot.

"Y-Your Majesty!"

"Quick! Call the best doctor in Damocles over! His Majesty, Polemos has been poisoned!" Old Giza quickly cried with alarm.

What Life Rejuvenation Pill? This was more like the Life Reaping Pill!
