(In a Luxury Room)
"Mr. Tommy, The three hundred and twelve players on your list are available for sale at this moment, and if you buy all of them, it will cost you twelve Million gold coins with a 10% discount." A lady with great beauty said to the cloaked man sitting before her.
'It is good news that all the players I want for my organization are available for purchase.' Alex thought, sighing in relief.
Alex was currently in a meeting with the higher-up from the Ugly Merchant Guild to purchase all the contracted players that he had spent the last three hours selecting.
Alex had selected every good player he could find on the guild trade website while adding close to 170 unknown players to his list with unknown potential, while the remaining 142 players were those whom he knew for sure had enough potential to rival any top player.
"I will buy all of them," Alex replied.
"I want to ask if you know about the difference between the White and Red Contracts?" The lady asked, and Alex nodded in confirmation knowing the difference.
The players contracted by white contract had the freedom to deny doing any extreme things, and they would not be penalized for breaking any conditions.
The extreme things included Mass Murder, Killing Children or Elderlies, and body Abuse in any way, etc.
The players contracted by Red Contract, however, don't have any of these choices and will be required to do anything their contract owner wants them to do, and in case they don't comply, there will be harsh consequences.
There was no way a player would break the contract if he valued the game because the penalty for the majority of contracts was the permanent elimination of the player's game avatar.
"Please sign this contract to complete our deal." The lady said as she passed a holographic contract to Alex.
After reading the contract, Alex signed it anonymously and placed a space ring with the twelve million gold coins on the table to complete his part of the deal.
"The two hundred and seventy-two players that you have selected are White contracted players while the remaining forty are red contracted players, and after four hours, they will be yours to command as you please." The lady said with a smile as she signed the system contract to complete the deal.
"It was a pleasure doing business with your guild," Alex said after receiving the system's notification about the contract completion.
"Mr. Tommy, If you need "Anything," our guild will be at your service." the lady said, offering Alex a handshake.
'There are a bunch of things that are in her guild possession that I want, but it will be stupid to ask for them.' Alex thought as he shook her hand.

"Six Hours Later"
"A street of the Royal Capital"
"Brother, How do you think the new contractor will treat us?" A man with a heavy accent asked.
"Andrei, Does it Matter?" A cloaked figure questioned his brother back.
"I just hope the new contractor gives me the job of hunting and gathering beast material like the merchant guild," Andrei said as he bashed his massive fist together.
"I just hope he is not an asshole rich bastard belonging to some shitty guild." The cloaked man said, shaking his head.
"Brother, you don't sound happy," Andrei said.
"I was planning to quickly reach the Fourth Rank to show my worth to the guild and get the privilege contract and become a member of the guild, but now that plan is down the drain." The cloaked man said with a slight chuckle.
The same scenario was happening with many of the three hundred and twelve players Alex had bought as they made their way toward the training chambers where they had all been ordered to come.
--------------
"In the Training Chamber"
The training chamber had close to 290 players silently staring at the cloaked person who was seated on a dark throne-like chair wearing a blank white mask.
'These two idiots are finally here.' Alex thought with a bright smile behind his mask as he looked toward the two men entering the training chamber.
Alex had less than ten real friends who he knew for sure would be there when he needed them, and among them, there were only two friends he considered like his brothers, and the two players who entered the chambers were those two brothers.
"Sir, My name is Venedikt Makarov, and this is my blood brother Andrei Makarov." The cloaked player in the front removed his hood and introduced himself.
Alex just nodded his head while controlling his emotions not to stand up and bear hug his two brothers and thank them for everything they did for him.
After ten minutes, all the three hundred and twelve players were present in the room, silently standing, waiting for Alex to say something.
"All of you separate into groups according to your strength," Alex said, and within seconds three groups were created.
'The information on the web was not as up-to-date as I expected.' Alex thought after counting the number of players in each group.
Alex had selected 312 players in total, and among them, 207 were Mortal Rank warriors, with 88 being First Rank and the last 17 being Second Rank warriors, but now the number of Mortal Rank warriors was a lot less, which was a problem.
'The reset of a single player will cost me around 70K gold coins even with the discount, so the question is, do I want to waste more than three million gold coins on players with unknown potential?' Alex thought, contemplating a decision.
All of the unknown players Alex had picked were Mortal Rank warriors with few notable traits, and he planned to tell them to clear the First Promotion quest with the hidden Class conditions in return for freedom and the promise of wealth and strength.
Alex planned to do the same with all the other players, but to do that, he needed to reset their strength back to Mortal Rank, which was possible with the reset process that the Adventurer guild could accomplish.
'If they can't clear the promotion with hidden conditions and gain a hidden class, I can just make them do something useful for my organization.' Alex thought, justifying his wastage of three million gold coins.
"Those of you in the Mortal Rank hear me with focus because my following words will decide your future," Alex said as he stood up.
All of the players felt restless after hearing Alex's words, as they could mean anything from good to really bad.
"I want all of you with Mortal Rank strength to complete your first Rank promotion quest by clearing these conditions," Alex said as he used the system to project a giant holographic with the hidden class conditions.
"Sir, These conditions will be impossible to complete in just 48 hours." A female player wearing green, Mage Rob, said after a slight hesitation.
"Those who can complete my mission will get their freedom and the chance to join my organization, so do you still think it is impossible?." Alex said in his emotionless voice.
All the players were shocked to hear the offer as they all knew that even the cheapest among them costed above ten thousand gold coins, and setting them free was very generous.
"How much time do we have to complete this mission." A lady wearing a red assassin cloak asked.
"One Month," Alex said.
"If you guys don't have questions, then you can leave after signing this contract," Alex said as he sent the group of 157 players the contract with the added condition of not revealing the hidden class condition to anyone.
The players had questions that they wanted, but they kept them to themselves and signed the contract.
"This is a small gift for you to get better equipments which will increase your chances of completing the quest," Alex said as he sent each player 6000 gold coins.
The group of players was shocked after receiving a healthy sum of 6000 gold coins, and each of them looked to their left and right to see the same expression in their fellow player's eyes, confirming they were not hallucinating.
The amount of 6000 gold coins was nothing much in Alex's eyes, but to the Mortal Rank players who were bound to a contract that promised them 1000 gold coins each month for not-so-pleasing work, it was a lot of money.
All contracted players received a guaranteed monthly salary which was the main reason most players got contracted, and for the first Rank player, it was 3000, and 10000 for the third Rank players.
The monthly salary was good for an average player, but the massive downside was that they didn't own anything, and everything they had belonged to the contract owner, including any of their lucky encounters.
After ten minutes and asking a few questions, the group of mortal Rank players was gone, excited to do their best to complete the mission leaving Alex alone with the group of players he handpicked for his organization.
