"Ahhhh..."
Finally, the pain begins to lessen.
A few seconds later, it had lessened enough, that I had stopped screaming.
They pain had disappeared, but not the deep tiredness, it gave me.
I needed to stay for several minutes, before I gathered enough energy to get up and walked out of the pool.
"You should rest. It wouldn't be helpful if you started with the tired mind," advised Hayat as I stopped at the gate.
I nodded and sat down before closing my eyes.
I am still careful. If she made even the slightest movement, I would know about it.
I rested for over two hours before I felt well enough that I got up and turned to the gate.As I touched it, the runes became visible. So, is the timer.
The countdown began while I looked at the runes on me. It is my clones that are doing it, while I kept an eye on Hayat.
I love the runes and would like to do nothing more than solve the amazing puzzle in front of me, but I am fully focused on Hayat while letting my clones handle the puzzle in front of me. It may be irrational cautions, but I feel like, I am on the thin strip, with fires everywhere.
A one wrong step and I would burn into the ashes. Even the power, I have wouldn't be able to save me.
My instincts are screaming this at me, and they are never wrong.
So, I rather have irrational cautiousness than death.
I kept staring at it for one and a half hours before my hands moved. It begins to shift the runes fast and does it for a few minutes before stopping and starting again a few minutes later.
Hours passed, and it continued.
My hands may be moving, but my focus is still on Hayat. I had not moved my focus away from her even for a second.
I know what's at stake, and I wouldn't dare to make any mistake.
Soon, ten hours passed by, and I was still moving the runes with my hand. The puzzle is complex and layered. If I solve one layer, another will appear, and it will be more difficult.
That's why, I desperately wanted to work on the puzzle, but I had sealed my connection with clones that working on it.
Buzz!
It was the seventeenth hour, that I had solved the final puzzle, and silver door buzzed. "You are really good. I thought, even if you are able to solve it; it would take twenty-two to twenty-four hours, but you did it in just seventeen," she praised.
To be honest, it took much less than that, but she didn't have to know that.
Click!
I pushed open the door while keeping my armor at the highest defense.
The door opened, and I stepped inside. Immediately stepping into the largest hall yet.
Seeing, I couldn't help, but become surprised.
It is filled with murals.
It is about the creator of this place, Stanod.
He turned out of citizen of this world. He created this challenge in the form of giving it back.
I turned to the center of the massive gall. There is a small round pool in the center filled with the thick metallic bronze liquid, with mist coming out of it.
The Ivrus Pool.
My eyes lit up, and seeing it; I moved toward it.
So has Hayat.
Soon, we reached it; she chose one side, while I chose another. The armor disappeared from our bodies, so had most of our clothes.
I felt the warmth of liquid across my skin. It is comfortable, and not painful at all, as I had expected.
Soon, I reached the center.
So, had Hayat, with only a meter of distance between us.
We looked at each other before sitting down. Letting the warm bronze liquid fully submerge
us.
As we did, the quantity of energy increased many times, but it remained comfortable. It became more comfortable, making me feel like, I was inside a warm spring which is covering outside and inside of me.
I enjoyed the feeling. Even closed my eyes.
In the pool, I am safe unless this very place wants to kill me. I will be fine.
I fell asleep before I even knew it, waking two and a half hours later. Even now, the energies are coming inside me like a flood, mellowing my body and soul.
This is what is happening. These energies are massaging hands, that are massaging my body and soul.
Taking slight energies of each other, mixing them with it. It is happening without the slightest pain.
Instead, it's very comfortable.
I watched as it brought the change into my body and soul. This is even more effective than
what the book said, and there is a reason for that.
Every other pool before it had prepared the body and soul for this moment.
Now that I had entered the pool. Everything is happening smoothly, without the slightest resistance. If I had entered here directly, I would have been in a load of pain.
Hun!
I was enjoying the effects when suddenly; I sensed something, and I opened my eyes.
I saw a large number of energies had started entering Hayat. More than three times than mine
and the rate is increasing.
'She shouldn't have been able to?' I thought.
Such an amount would tear me apart, but she seemed comfortable in it. There is no change on
her face, even as the flow of energy increases.
'What is happening?' I couldn't help, but ask myself.
I really wanted to send my seed into her or pierce my strings into her body, but I couldn't do
either.
It's too much energy, but she is guzzling it, without slightest discomfort.
A place in the middle of her chest to shine. My heart skipped a beat when I sensed that, and I wanted to get out, but I couldn't.
This is a rare opportunity. It is going to help me with the biggest problem, I have.
It will help me make my most dangerous breakthrough yet, safer.
So, I stayed, despite the dangers. To make a complete use of this very rare opportunity.
