Edward noticed the helplessness in Noah's while he was facing the bombarding questions from Chris who would not flinch even for a second.

He wanted to help him get out of the awkward situation of course but it was also a chance for him to hear Noah clearly explain himself.

The most messed up part Noah was the fact that he had never tried to explain his position in Bianca's dissapearance nor give a clear vision of what actually happened. And now, this might be the last chance he could give him before he condemned him of his actions.

Noah stood there dumbfounded for so long that his mind took him back to a few years ago, ..

FLASHBACK:

Noah had been waiting for a while outside a particular to an apartment. He had decided to sit facing back from the door trying to keep the girl who was inside company for a while until she calmn down.

A few hours ago, while he was in a meeting with the shareholders for a comapny he had recently bought shares, he recieved a text message which read;

 [There is still a way to solve the mess Alicia has put herself into, marry her immediately before she marries him. This might be our last chance.

Although he had never met any woman with that name before, all he could think about in that moment way to rescue her without fail. So he left the meeting right in-between and went to the adress which he was given in the text and that was how he had found himself outside the apartment without being able to enter it.

There had been no answer from the moment he banged on the door, just another text message which also read;

[She's in there, don't scare her.]

While he felt helpless with the situation he decided to wait for the woman inside to open the door for him instead.

Luckily she did open the door after a few minutes and when she saw Noah outside she was at first dumbfounded and then in tern she became a little worried.

Noah did not waste any more time and unceremonously embraced her deeply without letting go. And in the next moment he gave her a simple peck on her forhead and led her into the apartment once more.

'Alicia' simply stared at him the entire time while she allowed him to do whatever he needed to do in order to calm down.

After they were settled on the coutch in the lounge Noah took out a document which he had prepared before he came to her apartment.

It was a marriage agreement document.

And for a while he had contemplated about actually marrying Alicia suddenly yet but becuase he had already planned to save at all odds he had already convinced himself thoroughly to go ahead with the marriage.

He signed the document and handed the her the pen as well as the document for her to sign.

She signed it ceremonously after him and with that Noah stood from his seat and said, "Don't worry I'll have everything sorted in an hour.

He won't be able to marry you if your already wedded with me.

He left afterwards in order to have everything setled.

It never dawned to him that in the whole process while he was talking to Alicia she had not answered him even once nor did she give him any real reaction. It was as if she was just robbotically following whatever he had led her to do.

It was only after a few hours that he finally noticed something was amis.

While he was leaving the marriage bearuo offices he recieved a call from Alicia herself where by she asked him if he was available to come to her engagement. She sounded eager and happy as well. But it was still shocking to him to hear her say that.

Although they had just gotten married themselves, he was dumbfounded to hear here speack about marrying someone else just a few hours after she had been asked to marry her.

And most importantly, 'WHO ASKED HIM TO MARRY HER?'

That was when reality struck.

He married Alicia illegally and now how was he going to explain how the matter came to that stage.

Thinking back now, the message was clearly from a person with the name Bianca.

He tried to trace back his steps but there was no person by that name and the apartment he had gone to was now empty, but what stayed was a simple letter on the cupboard which read;

[Hello Noah McMillian, Alicia and you are officially married now. You can not question who I am or why I have done this, mainly because you can't. Do not bother looking for me as you will never find me, but I can easily find you. Alicia is never to find out about my existence.

In the present, Noah pursed his lips trying to regain his composure as not to make imself get seen through. If Alicia were to find out about how they got married bcak then without even her mere consent. She would be shattered and might end their relationship completely. Thus he suck up all the grievences he felt and said,"Bianca is your sister Chris is that not true?"

Chris widened his eyes in disbelief as he had never mentioned Binca being his sister to anyone yet Noah somehow knew about it.

Edward who was listening to them narrowed his eyes at Noah the moment he mentioned Chris having a sister by the name of Bianca, it seemed wierd that he would be so sure about her actual existence as if he had gone through his own layers of investigations before coming to that conclusion, and if thatwas true, then would have led him to actually take time to do that in the first place.

This only meant that there was more to Noah than he thought.
