Chapter 315 – “Okay, let’s start out interview now.” (1)

“Just who the heck are you? Mind your own business!” The woman turned to look at Fang JunRong and her attention was attracted by the bright green around her wrist. She couldn’t tell the brand of Fang JunRong’s clothes but she could tell that Fang JunRong was no ordinary people from her aura. Immediately, her tone softened a little. “I am just teaching this thief a lesson. She is too young to be a thief. She needs to be taught a lesson now or she would only get worse when she grows up.”

The more she talked, the more justifiable the woman felt about herself. “I am merely teaching her a lesson for her parents!”

Li XinYun had woken up some time during the incident. Looking at the pitiful look on the girl, she felt bad for her and chimed in. “You have no evidence that she took it, do you? Even if you want to search her, you can’t just do it here.” Trying to grab someone’s clothes in public. That was for sure crossing the line.

The girl wiped her tears and said, “I really didn’t steal your stuff. If you don’t believe me, we can go to the bathroom and you can search.”

The others expressed their opinions too.

“Exactly. You just accused her with no evidences and then wanted to grab her clothes. What a shrew.”

“Didn’t you ask your child to watch your stuff when you go to the bathroom?”

“I say your son took it.”

The woman’s look began to crack. “My Bao said he saw her took it. Then for sure she had taken it. My Bao is a good kid and will never lie.”

Fang JunRong looked over at the child and had no idea what he had to do with being a “good kid”. The naughty kid had been a pain ever since he had stepped foot onto the train.

“Oh, wait. I found it!”

Fang Tian, who had been busying herself with her head lower this entire time, said, “I had been streaming the entire time when you went to the bathroom and happened to point at your direction.” She always had her assistant record for her when she streamed. Her assistant didn’t come with her but that didn’t stop her from working. She was asking her assistant earlier to see whether the scene was recorded.

“Your bracelet was there the entire time before you went to the bathroom, right?”

The woman nodded. She didn’t want her bracelet to catch the smell from the bathroom and that was why she removed it.

Fang JunRong cocked her head and watched Fang Tian’s video. At 12-minute point, the woman went to the bathroom. At 13:24, her son looked around and, seeing that nobody was paying attention and that the girl also had her eyes closed, opened up the box and shoved the gold bracelet into his own pocket!

She frowned and said, “We had it all on recording. Your son was the one who stole the bracelet and it was in his left pocket.”

She had disliked the child since the very beginning. He not only stolen something but also blamed it on someone innocent. The highspeed rail that she normally rode had surveillance cameras on them. She wasn’t sure about the train. This parent obviously sided with her child and would never admit that her son was the one who committed the crime unless evidences could be provided.

The boy turned pale and said, stuttering, “Nonsense. I didn’t.”

The woman was taken aback a little then, pulling his hand away, she reached inside of his pocket and quickly fished the bracelet out. Her face, like a dye house, turned into all sorts of colors. Putting her bracelet back on, she sat down again as if nothing had happened. Noticing that everyone was looking at her, she gave them a stare and said, “What are you looking at? Never seen a person before?”

“Mom, I just worried that your bracelet would get lost so I put it away for you. Then I forgot about it.”

“Alright, your memory is just like your dad’s. You can forget something that just happened a minute ago.”

She didn’t even apologize or did she lecture her son.

“You––“

“Your poor son. Birthed by a mother but no mother to teach him what’s right and what’s wrong.” Her son had not only stolen but also blamed it onto an innocent. In the end, his mother didn’t even say a word to him about it. That was not doting. That was doing him a disfavor.
