324 Mama bears on steroids

The only time Zi Xingxi ever panicked like this was when her husband died. Now that her son was in a very precarious situation she lost her shit.

For the last hour, they tried everything but no matter how hard they tried they couldn’t get hold of Igneous or Raylan. It was apparent that Zi Xingxi was descending into a very dark space thus Zi Feiji had to step up. He took control of the Han as captain and two minutes later they approached Loch Ness Star.

An engineer that was on his break in the cafeteria of one of the warships hovering around Loch Ness star saw a bright light flashing in the darkness from the corner of his eye.

The speed of him stirring his cup of coffee slowed as he took his eyes off his light brain. He focused his gaze on the huge window and when he saw a large warship with the Phoenix insignia he got up abruptly knocking off his cup of coffee. It made a crushing sound as it shattered to pieces.

“Fuck,” he swore with a ghastly look on his face.

The alarm to prepare for battle was suddenly triggered and everyone began to run around like ants at the beginning of heavy rain.

Unlike ants that would be heading for the nest, they had to run to their stations. They couldn’t just run to hide underneath their covers and ride it out despite most of them thinking it.

Why would anyone be that afraid when they had three warships on their side? If anything they had strength in numbers. Well, the problem was not the number of opponents but the opponent themselves. Before it was named Han it was called hellstorm by plenty and for those who had personally witnessed its might, they simply called it the executioner.

If one encountered the executioner they might as well lie down and roll over like a dog. They might as well beg for their lives even if they had five warships on their side.

.....

This was why when that warship appeared the alarm went off and their guns were drawn. The captain who had been briefing the Marshal of the situation was startled and he jumped out of his chair rushing to the bridge.

All three warships had their guns and were ready to fight but when Han activated their weapons they suddenly felt small. What was the point in all of this? The fight wasn’t fair from the beginning. Maybe if they had Cetus warship fighting alongside them they could stand a chance.

The Captain rushed in and disengaged all weapons while yelling at his subordinates. “Are you crazy? Are you trying to get us killed? Who told you to engage weapons? Fuck!”

While the captain was throwing a fit the transmission system was infiltrated and Zi Feiji appeared in front of them.

Just as he opened his mouth to speak, Zi Xingxi popped out of nowhere like a torpedo and yelled, “What? Do you want a fight? Is that it? Where the fuck is my son? If anything happens to him I will fu#@^%^#*# and @&#^!&$$ and after that, I will @^^#&@%#$.”

Yeah her language had to be censored because she was going off on this poor captain.

Zi Feiji had to call secretary K to take her out off the bridge and boy she didn’t make that easy on him. As soon as she left, the Captain who had been holding his breath exhaled deeply while wiping the sweat off his forehead.

“My sincere apologies Sir, it wasn’t on....,” said the Captain trying to explain the situation only for Zi Feiji to raise his finger so the man was forced to pipe down.

“What is the situation?” asked Zi Feiji his tone stern that one wouldn’t believe he was the same man who was making ice cream cake for his grandson and taking pictures.

“We... we are still trying to figure it out. We tried to send a stealth cruiser down to Loch Ness Star but the planet shield was already up and we couldn’t enter. We were in constant communication with the prime minister’s office but we also lost connection five minutes ago. When we last spoke to them they had deployed all personnel to the posts but we didn’t get a report on that,” explained the captain in one breath.

While Zi Feiji was trying to get as much information out of him as possible, Zi Xingxi had a new target and that target was the Marshal. As she typed her fingers trembled so much that Chronos had to type for her.

MamaBear: Who did you offend?

MamaBear: If anything happens to my son I will fuck you up.

Marshal Yi who just got off the phone with his wife rubbed his temple in frustration when he saw Zi Xingxi’s messages. He raised his finger to respond when his wife whom he had just been on the phone with barged in her face pale as she asked, “My son, where... where is my son?”

Marshal Yi now had to deal with a hysterical wife thus he couldn’t respond to Zi Xingxi’s threatening messages.

“Baby, listen. You don’t need to panic, okay? I will handle this,” he said trying to console her with his hands resting on both of her cheeks.

Lin Ruoxi was shaking like a leaf at this point. She was already on her way to his office to bring him a set of new uniforms because ever since their fight the Marshal hadn’t returned home.

Despite her kicking him out and blacklisting his contact she still came over to the office to replace his uniforms with fresh clean ones. She even brought him packed meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Since he had given her enough space these past two days she finally took him out of the blacklist and called him to let him know she was on her way. Who would have thought the moment he accepted the call she would be met with such news? He asked her to go back home and he would come over later to explain. But like Zi Xingxi when it came to her children she was like a bear on steroids.

She immediately did the opposite of what Marshal Yi said and came to his office. “Wha, what do... do they want?” she stammer in between gasps as a panic attack began setting in.

“Breathe Ru, breathe,” he said rubbing her back while leading her to the couch in his office. She sat down with the tears already rolling down her cheeks.
