Leonidas named a couple more forces that were coming to aid the efforts of the war. They were mostly smaller kingdoms and nations. Surprisingly, Leonidas had received a notice from the Empire of Light, stating that a force would be sent to fight alongside the Gublin Empire.

"Those sly bastards with their holier than thou attitude piss me off." Richard commented with a scoff.

"They irritate us all, but they are experienced when it comes to dealing with Demonic beings. They were part of the reason why the Great Shift ended when it did. If it were not for the forces of the Holy Empire being present to push back against the Demons, then the fighting would have dragged on for a few more years." Patrick hummed.

Everyone voiced their opinions before they carried on with their planning. Leon remained silent as he thought of the motive of the Empire of Light. Perhaps they would make a move on him as well.

"We shall dispatch a fleet consisting of four hundred ships to meet any invasion force head on. But for now, monitoring familiars will be sent out as scouts to scour over large areas of the sea.

"As for our ground forces, we shall split them up into smaller regiments over key areas of the Desolate Lands, where reinforcing any attacked regiment would be more convenient."

"My summons are also numerous. I can put up a thousand with each regiment at the very least." Leon chipped in as he studied the areas on the map that Leonidas was marking out.

"Good, good, we will all have our roles." Leonidas nodded.

"Daham and I will act as protectors of the Wall. We will also be able to dispatch reinforcements to any beleaguered regiment in need of aid." Damian spoke up.

"Daham?" Leon asked, a bit confused.

"My Castle Golem." Damian nodded.

"...You have a Castle Golem?" Leon asked after a pause. He had a curious tone of voice, and it was obvious that he was interested in the Castle Golem. However, Damian did not continue speaking, so Leon was not able to pursue his interest. For now, at least.

The plans were soon smoothed over enough for the meeting to be called to an end. Four hours after Leon entered the meeting room, he stepped out along with the other A rank powerhouses of the defending side.

"Leon, hold on for a moment." Leon paused and turned back to see Damian calling out to him. The blond haired Elf paused a few steps away from Leon as he examined the strange Undead that was leading the war efforts against the Demons. He never thought he would see the day that such a thing happened.

"Yes?" Leon asked when he saw that Damian had yet to speak.

"Ah, yes. Forgive me for interrupting you, but I was of the mind that you wanted to take a look at Daham, yes?" Damian smiled.

"Oh, you will let me?" Leon was a bit surprised. He had been given the impression that Damian would not allow him.

"Yes, I don't mind. Follow me." Damian turned around and took to the skies, quickly travelling into the distance. Leon followed him closely behind, and the two soon came across a large camp where a portion of the joint army had been stationed.

Even from a distance, Leon could feel the presence of the behemoth-like figure of marble and stone. He could see it from the distance too, and it was really a sight to behold.

"Daham." Damian called as he stopped in the air above the camp. The Castle Golem's body moved, and its small head turned upwards to release a small groan before the gates of the castle atop its backside swung open. Damian and Leon entered into the magnificent castle and touched down on the marble floor.

"This is really something." Leon hummed in appreciation.

"Of course, nothing less." Damian smiled.

Thud!

The sound of something approaching them from within the castle echoed through the hall they were standing in, and a two meter tall figure made of marble appeared.

"Master! Where have you been?" The stone figure asked. It depicted a middle aged male with bland facial features and black eyes.

"I was in a meeting, Daham. I told you before I left." Damian shook his head at the stone figure.

Leon tilted his head in confusion. He thought that the Castle Golem was Daham, but now, Damian was referring to this stone figure as Daham.

'It must be something like a smaller manifestation of the Castle Golem, I guess.' Leon came to his own conclusion on the matter. Perhaps he could ask Damian about it later.

pAn,d a-n0ve1,c-o-m "Oh, I forgot..." Daham lowered his head for a moment, before turning his attention to Leon. "Who is this?" He asked, stepping forward curiously. He was like a curious child that was seeing something new for the first time.

"This is Leon, an ally, and someone we should remain on good terms with." Damian told Daham and turned to Leon. "Leon, this is Daham. This figure is a manifestation of the Castle Golem's consciousness into a smaller and more compact frame." He introduced the two.

"Hmm." Both Leon and Daham nodded and hummed at the same time. Daham treated Leon cautiously as someone who could potentially cause harm to his master. He was ready to release the A rank guardians within the castle to repel Leon if anything happened.

Meanwhile, Leon only regarded Daham with curiosity. He was wondering if he could get his hands on a similar being.

'Daham reminds me of Abyssus and Ugar.' Leon thought, referring to the two dungeon butlers under his command.

"Please, come with me. If you do not mind, I would like to discuss something of importance with you." Damian asked Leon.

"Sure, I don't mind." Leon nodded his head and let Damian lead him into the castle. He already had an idea about what Damian wanted to discuss with him. He also had thoughts of his own.

'I should use this opportunity to forge deeper ties with other powers of the continent.'
