Leon and the others returned to the celestial realm. There was a lot for them to do, but too little time. It was impossible for Leon to break through to the Major God realm before the war for the fate of Datar began, but that would not stop him from making whatever strides toward this goal that he could.
"Welcome back." Nedra said as Leon teleported into the inner area of his castle at the center of the God Kingdom. She had been waiting for him.
"Nedra." Leon was a bit surprised, but in the next moment, he understood why she had been waiting for him. It was easy enough for him to glean it through their bond. She was still his Spirit Companion even after her ascension, after all.
"You already know what is on my mind. What do you think?" She asked.
"Well... Building a Divine Kingdom is a step that most Gods take. It is an essential power base for every God. But a Divine Kingdom is not exclusive to the God who built it. They can have multiple other Gods stay within their Divine Kingdom, which in turn is a boon to its security." Leon spoke out without directly answering her question to him. "You want to build a Divine Kingdom for yourself and your White Millipedes. But it is not an easy task."
"I know that. But it does not do much to douse my ambition. The White Millipedes need a place of their own. A place that I can gladly welcome them into. A place to call home." Nedra said, her voice taking on a motherly tone while her eyes grew distant.
"...Very well, then. I won't stop you. But I believe it will be best if you wait. There is a danger on the horizon. You will not be able to build your Divine Kingdom before that danger reaches us. So, I ask you to wait until we have taken care of that danger." He told her after a bit of thought.
He did not want to get in her way of creating a haven for the White Millipedes. In fact, it was the opposite of that. He would be happy to see that Haven built. However, he was honest when he said that it would be best for her to wait until the danger of the Army of Destruction had come and gone because it would not be safe at all. Even Gods with an established God Kingdom could die if they were besieged by too many enemies.
It was impossible for Nedra to build a functional God Kingdom in the little time that they had left. Even he that had received some crucial gifts from the other Gods had taken several months, not to mention Nedra who was starting from scratch. It would be impossible for her to find the rare materials needed to form the foundation of the God Kingdom.
After explaining all these factors to Nedra, Leon waited for her response. A few minutes later, she slowly nodded. She knew that Leon would not try to hinder her growth. She could also tell that he was telling her the truth.
In telling her the truth, Leon had also revealed the information of the approaching enemy. He had previously kept this news from them, but after meeting with Michael and the others, he had decided that it was finally time to tell his companions about this Army of Destruction that was heading their way.
"I will wait until the danger has passed. Until then, let us get stronger so we can deal with it." She smiled.

Over the next days and weeks, Leon's Undead Army slowly grew in size and strength under the deliberate actions of the Gods of Datar. They already knew how crucial Leon's participation in the war was going to be. They brought over the souls of the celestial creatures that they were able to kill. Many creatures of varying strength turned into Leon's own strength overnight.
As for the remnant Divine Sparks of the various Gods that had fallen during the short clash between the Order and Neutral factions of the Gods, they had also been brought back to Leon, but it was many times more difficult for him to convert them into his summons and add them to his Undead Army.
Currently, Leon had just returned from an emergency meeting between the Gods. Fazir and Michael had been able to find out some information concerning the approach of the Army of Destruction.
They were on Datar's doorstep!
Because of the sudden appearance of the Army of Destruction, a lot of things were happening at once. Already, a seal had been placed around Datar. This seal was the combined efforts of all the Gods, and was meant to reduce the effective combat power of the enemies by 10% as long as they were in Datar's territory!
This was an astounding seal, as it was not easy to place this sort of restriction on Gods. This was usually the effect of a God Kingdom, so at the moment, Datar was like a massive God Kingdom!
Leon entered a central room within his castle with a sigh. He walked to the center of the room and eyed the complex rune array that was engraved into the floor. Four feet above the ground, a blackish-green Divine Spark floated in the air, bobbing up and down.
This Divine Spark reeked of negative energy. The Divine Power in the atmosphere was steadily drawn into it, even though it did nothing at all.
The reason for this was that this Divine Spark belonged to the God of Greed who had died at Asteria's hand! After that, she had kept the Divine Spark as a spoil of war. But as they had agreed to hand over things like this to Leon, she had brought it out and given it to him so that this powerful God could be resurrected to contribute to the impending war.
