Without wasting any time, Speed suddenly sprinted forward as his entire form turned into a blur. Meanwhile, Blaize's senses flared as he steadied his stance to welcome the incoming assault.

Speed's form reappeared before Blaize. Sparks radiated as they clashed while lightning rippled and formed cracks all around the battlefield.

Speed unleashed a violent assault without giving any room to breathe. Their clashes created numerous sparks and explosions that triggered terrifying shockwaves which vigorously shook the entire Greenhill Island.

Blaize's Observation Haki failed to keep up with Speed's movement as he's extremely fast. Before his eyes, he only saw flashes. Speed is at least twice faster than before.

His Haki enhanced attacks coupled with vibrations pushed Blaize to the edge, as most of the attacks successfully injured him. And another thing that he noticed is, Speed's Haki is at the barrier of advancing to the Yonko level.

He's very dangerous. If they missed the opportunity to capture or kill him now, they will forever regret it.

Just as Blaize thought Speed had shown his ultimate technique--increasing his speed twice but, Speed's next move proved to him how wrong he was.

Just as Blaize struggled to predict Speed's next course of movements, the latter burst with sudden speed and appeared before him.

Speed threw a punch at Blaize, who is initially able to dodge it, but caught off guard as the punch suddenly changed direction. Not only that, Speed's arms had a royal purple texture around them.

'Don't tell me...' A thought came to Blaize but before he could react, Speed drove his purpled arm into his stomach with devastating force. 'Super Punch: Inner Sanctum!'

The impact created a shockwave while Blaize was sent flying and crashed into the huge mountain at the center of Greenhill Island that's completely barren now.

From the front, he may seem uninjured but his clothes and coat at the back were punctured but his skin showed no signs of injury. Meaning, a terrifying force flowed through from his front to the back.

A good example of advanced Haki technique: Internal emission.

Blaize's coughed a mouthful of thick blood and struggled to rise to his feet but failed to do so as the strike completely deprived his strength temporarily for the moment.

Like how Blaize punched with everything in his last attack, Speed did the same. The bastard didn't hold anything back.

But, what made his eyes widen in surprise is the 'Internal Destruction' technique displayed by Speed. 'He can even use that! What more he's hiding?'

Blaize couldn't think things through as Speed didn't give him any opportunity, he dashed forward to strike again.

Gritting his bloody teeth, Blaize muttered, 'Solar Flare!'

With him as a center, a huge explosion occurred that triggered white steam and a golden heat shockwave which spread in all directions. The shockwave is completely different from what he had shown before.

It was extremely overwhelming and destructive. It leveled the mountains, destroyed the ships, and threw all the beings on the Greenhill Island to faraway distance.

Even Luke and Kuzan fighting in the distance were forced to withstand the extreme heatwave. Only good thing is, it didn't carry a high temperature.

Speed was unfazed by the attack, still, he was forced to back away from Blaize. That gave the latter room to breathe and plan his next course of action.

--

Blaize rose to his feet while the wounds healed on their own. It's the last time, he can't heal any more major injuries with his remaining physical power.

The Sun is up but he needs time to restore his lost energy. And that last attack was really powerful, if not for his 60+ constitution he may have been directly lost his life or injured heavily.

At the same time, Speed looked at Blaize in solemn expression. He thought his last strike would take his opponent out or at least injure him heavily with no strength left to spar.

But he's greatly mistaken, his opponent is as strong as him who's also resolute and strong-minded.

Blaize didn't know about Speed but he exhausted half of his Haki reserve and more than seventy percent of his physical strength. It's not good for him to continue fighting Speed head-on, it's time to change the strategy.

He's going to use his devil fruit ability. With a thought, golden energy surged from his body and winded around him as if he's surrounded by a sea of flames.

"Speed, you have shown the full extent of your devil fruit ability. It's time to flaunt mine. Are you ready?" Blaize smirked and willed the golden energy to take shape.

There's a reason why Blaize didn't use it from the very start. One, Speed is very fast so even if he revealed his power it won't affect the latter in any way.

From the very start, Blaize's motive is to break the balance of power in Speed. Now, his opponent Haki, devil fruit power, and physical strength are drained to some extent, unlike Blaize who didn't use his devil fruit power much.

Under the astonished eyes of Speed, a golden construct formed around Blaize. First, a skeletal structure manifested such as a massive rib cage followed by the arms.

Once the full skeleton is formed, next was muscles and later, skin. Finally, a humanoid-shaped golden figure stood before Speed.

Yes, what Blaize materialized is 'Susanoo' which completely golden in color and formed purely out of his devil fruit power.

The weird thing Speed noticed is, the humanoid thing only had the upper half but missed the legs. Just as he thought it's the end, he noticed another change.

Armour formed around the humanoid figure that also acted as the figure's coat. Blaize further strengthened it by coating the Susanoo with Haki. It's just the Haki isn't visible to the naked eye but Speed felt its presence.

Speed's internal destruction stunned Blaize but now, he challenged Speed with his arrogant pose, it was as if he calls Speed to come and break the Susanoo defense.

Of course, his Susanoo is completely different from the Sharingan users. But it won't be any weaker than real Susanoo. For sure, there are advantages and disadvantages to his making.

But, it doesn't matter. Blaize's aim is to deter his opponent with the unknown power and at the same time construct a solid defense that can shield the attacks.

It's time to test it out.
