Guowei smiled in delight as he took a sip of hot tea from an exquisite porcelain cup. "Ah, nothing quite like a cup of tea early in the morning," he remarked.
Bojiang took a sip of the steaming tea and sighed in satisfaction. "Yes, and tea made by Jindu is the best," he said. "It's like a spell â€" one gulp and all sleepiness disappears, leaving you wide-awake and ready for the day."
"Haha, true," Guowei let out an amused chuckle and glanced over at Jindu, who was crouched in front of the stove to prepare the tea. He used the towel that hung loosely from his neck to dab away the beads of sweat on his forehead.
Guowei daily morning came here for tea and to spend time with his best friend Bojiang.
"Fattu, what do you make of it? What could be drawing them all together like that?" Bojiang called out and pointed at a crowd that was flocking together.
"Let's finish the tea first and then go and check it out." Guowei said.
"Okay, no rush," Bojiang nodded in agreement, and the two of them settled into comfortable silence while they enjoyed the tea. Finally, when their cups were empty, Bojiang handed Jindu two bronze coins for payment before they both rose from the bench. Together, they walked through the bustling streets until they reached the crowd.
The two pushed their way through the crowd, jostling each other in an effort to get to the front. They soon arrived at a clearing around the woman who was crying out in anguish. Her voice quavered and shook as if each new sob tore through her throat. Tears streamed down her cheeks and she continued to wail.
Guowei's face went pale and he stood still for a moment, feeling the weight of the situation. He shook his head slowly and whispered, "This... is... bad."
Bojiang's voice wavered as he counted on his fingers, "Yes... it's the seventh case this month, and the twelfth case last month - fifteen cases in total. Why isn't the city master doing anything?" He ran a hand over his face, feeling overwhelmed by the terrible situation.
"It's 19th case total, fool..." Guowei said, "And right city master should do something about this fast otherwise, Dark Sky City safest city title already gone, it will soon gain most dangerous city tital."
The woman in her twenties was heaving with cries so deep, it seemed as if her throat would tear in half. Her arms were locked tightly around the head of a small girl, who had no eyes and its lips and nose were pierced by a thin metal spike. Both men shuddered at the thought of where the body could be and what kind of state it would be in.
"This... child look like ten years old, right?"
"It is, and out of 19 case 19 were ten years, so whoever it is, it is targeting ten years old children."

"Yes, it's sad to see every time things like this happen."
The following morning, a small crowd gathered in the meadow to witness the terrible sight of Jina's lifeless body, hanged by a thick rope from an old oak tree. Her skin had taken on a deathly pallor, and her eyes were still open as if she had been staring into eternity when her life was cut short.
-----
Ye Kai was looking at the sky, thinking about when his mother would get ready, today he and his mother were going to Green City to pick up his sisters.
So far what Ye Kai knew, his sisters didn't have any Martial Art talent, and his father had arranged marriages for both the second and third oldest sisters; the former being 20 years old, and the latter 19.
Their marriage should have happened when they were 16 years but some financial problems halt their marriage, which was something Ye Kai glad about it.
If they had married, then surely they had children by now, and then if he wanted to conquer them and take them, then he also had to take their children, which was something Ye Kai didn't like.
Of course, if it was a girl then Ye Kai was welcome with both open arms, but no boys, and to Ye Kai's knowledge, his three sisters-in-law had daughters, and Ye Kai surely take these daughters into his castle when he build it.
Ye Kai was also thinking of a castle location and he thought he should build a castle on the shore of this island since it would give him a great view of the ocean and away from the human population which seemed great.
Suddenly, Ye Kai heard a light rapping at the door. Anticipating it was his mother, he rushed to the entrance of his room and opened it. Much to his surprise, there stood his mother. He marveled at her never-ending ability to astound him.
Mother's eyes were like spring water. They sparkled with life and love as she smiled broadly, showing a perfect set of white teeth between full, red lips. This only added to her incredible beauty. Her snowy-white hair was combed into a careful bun on the back of her head. A few pieces had escaped and framed her face.
Her face was beautiful, one of the most beautiful in the kingdom, and Her curves accentuated her womanly figure as she gracefully moved, her skin as smooth and soft as silk. Her hands were delicate and slender, and her legs long and elegant.
She wore a tight-fitting black dress that covered her whole body that showed her figure perfectly and in a black dress her hairstyle made her look, like an elegant woman.
"As always, your truly beautiful woman," Ye Kai said with admiration in his voice. "Luckiest man on the world to have you."
Ye Kai held her close and brushed his lips across hers. She felt the warmth of his breath on her skin as the kiss intensified, each moment carrying them further away from the world around them. His strong arms tightened around her waist and when they broke apart.
"Let me do lipstick again, you ruin it." Ye Nuan said and she softly laughed and then went to go lipstick real quick, then they left the Dark Sky City.
