Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

Chapter 193 - Maxing Out A New Skill Tree!

-----

In these last days, Noah had been absorbing Skill Points while already having over 40000 from what he acquired eating the Divine Soul of Excalibur and also the fragments of God.

Due to this, he had a large number of new Skill Points, going as far as over 50000!

He quickly checked his Status to see his Stats and correct amount of Skill Points…

[Noah Luna Noctem]

[Class(es): Warlock (I)]

[Patron(s): Bloodshot Eye]

[Bloodline: Vampire (Evolved)]

[Blood Core Rank: Level IV: Noble-Born Vampire Count]

[Vitality: 1510]

[Mind: 1510]

[Force: 1510]

[Skill Points: 58.000]

In the end, Noah ended with 58000 Skill Points, a surprising amount of Skill Points gathered in such a little time, it was really something he was surprised about, which made him instinctively smile.

With this, he was confident that he might be able to max out a Skill Tree right away.

But which one?

Before, he didn't have to choose, but now he had two Skill Trees, his Warlock Skill Tree which he had yet to touch, and then the Vampire Skill Tree.

Skill Trees seemed seemingly endless as long as he could keep progressing and had Skill Points.

He was already a Level IV Vampire, yet he still acquired a new and interesting Skill Tree, and whenever he maxed out the Warlock Skill Tree, he would get even more Skill Trees after that.

However, after considering it for some time, Noah decided to pick the Vampire Skill Tree first, as he would have to wait until hitting S-Rank to finally get the next one, it would be nice to max out the current one, he had already calculated that he had enough Skill Points to completely wreck this Skill Tree.

[Level: IV]

[Noble-Born Vampire Count (0/2000)]: Spend Skill Points into this branch to unlock more of the innate strength of the Blood Progenitor, such as bonus Attribute Values, Skills, and more.

Additional Abilities can be unlocked after the Branch is Maxed.

Additional Abilities (I): [Lifeblood Exceed: Lunar Slash (0/3000)], [Lifeblood Exceed: Execution (0/3500)], [Lifeblood Exceed: Vampiric Blast (0/4000)]

Additional Abilities (II): [Noble-Born Vampire: Undeath (0/4500)], [Noble-Born Vampire: Bloodline Creation (0/5000)], [Noble-Born Vampire: Blood Ritual (0/5500)]

Additional Abilities (III): [Blood Soul Mender: Blood Soul Fusion (0/6000)], [Blood Soul Mender: Bloodline Soul (0/6500)], [Blood Soul Mender: Vampiric Guider (0/7000)]

Noah immediately noticed that the new Skills seemed tied.

Each row of Additional Abilities seemed to be connected, unlike before.

Lifeblood Exceed had three Skills, Lunar Slash, Execution, and Vampiric Blast.

Noble-Born Vampire had Undeath, Bloodline Creation, and Blood Ritual.

And Blood Soul Mender has Blood Soul Fusion, Bloodline Soul, and Vampiric Guider.

All of them seemed interesting and also strange, Noah wondered why they were connected now, but perhaps it could be meant that each Skill was simply a part of a single Skill made by all three that had three abilities within it?

Noah simply decided to spend the Skill Points and max the Skill Tree right away, seeing for himself what was this all about.

[To proceed with evolution, complete the following requirement: Have 2400 Stats in all Attribute Values]

"They fused?!" thought Noah in surprise, he had expected that the Skills would come by themselves, but in the end, they all merged together into "Complete Skills".

After maxing an entire Skill Tree, Noah spent 47.000 Skill Points, leaving him at a measly amount of 11.000 Skill points.

With this, he could still get some Skills from the Warlock Skill Tree though, but before deciding on spending Skill Points in that Skill Tree, Noah decided to check the information about his new Skills.

[Lifeblood Exceed Techniques: 1 (A)]

These are the special Techniques that someone capable of using their own Lifeblood as a weapon, pushing themselves to their very limits and using their very vitality as the strongest weapon.

Harness the power of your lifeblood and destroy your enemies with incredibly fast attacks that can decimate anything that stands in your path.

[Lifeblood Exceed: Lunar Slash]: Concentrate all your lifeblood into an enormously powerful crimson red and purple slash in the shape of the moon. This attack can ignore 50% of the foe's defenses and drain 100% of the damage dealt as Health.

The power of this technique increases by 50% while fighting below the moonlight.

[Lifeblood Exceed: Execution]: While using Lunar Slash, concentrate the innermost of your fury and sacrificial power, and release a strong vertical slash that can even distort space by a small amount, anything that survives such an attack receives a cursed wound that cannot easily heal back.

[Lifeblood Exceed: Vampiric Blast]: After using Execution, unleash the entire power of your Blood Core and harness the innermost of your total power into a single blast of Vampiric Power that can ignore defenses and drain 100% of any damage dealt, while also leaving anyone that survives with many curses spread all around their bodies.

After the use of this combo, there is a cooldown of 10 minutes, and the user cannot use any of these Techniques for that time.

Noah glanced at the first Skill, which brought quite the ridiculous amount of abilities and effects.

With this skill he would be able to unleash powerful attacks that used his very lifeblood to activate, which was a combination of his soul, blood, vitality, and mana.

Although the abilities were immensely strong, they also came accompanied by big drawbacks, such as being weakened by using them continuously as they drained all of his power.

However, their strength was ridiculous, and if he managed to unleash all three one after another, he would be able to decimate probably anything that stood before him… although there should be other beings that could resist it, he believed that at least within all A-Rank Monsters and Hunters, nothing would survive this.

But because it would weaken him after a single use of the combo attack, he planned to use it in dire situations.
