Seeing the notifications from the forum, Arthur quickly logged into them.

>User Grey Watcher has obtained 4871 UC revenue<

>User Grey Watcher has 121 mentions<

>User Grey Watcher's Scheduled post will be released in 25 minutes<

Looking at the first notification that was about the revenue, Arthur was obviously pleased.

"This is good." Arthur nodded his head.

>Do you want to Transfer all revenue? Y/N?<

"Yes." Arthur commanded.

>4871 UC have been transferred to your account<

With the revenue added, Arthur moved onto the mentions.

"So its just the players mentioning me because they are impatient. Haha!" Arthur couldn't help but laugh after seeing it.

Arthur saw the comments that all seemed to be asking him to post the next guide for them. They had already become stuck after having used his previous guide and needed tips to continue onwards.

"This is good… the time it took for them to become stuck is almost as I had predicted. The next post will be uploaded soon enough too." Arthur muttered to himself, watching the timer on the scheduled post. 'I'll let them suffer a few more minutes.' He thought before leaving the forums.

~HISS~

The mechanical hiss of the Dream Pod V3 was heard as its lid lifted up. Arthur felt the warm light filling his vision making him turn towards the balcony.

"Now this was truly worth it…" Arthur looked at the cityscape in the distance and the sunlight that was scattered all over the region.

The sun had risen already, and several of the glass buildings reflected light off their windows. It illuminated the city even better and made it look like pillars of crystals from the distance.

"HAAAA~" Arthur got up from the Dream Pod and stretched his body, feeling rather good. "Was the sleep really good?" he wondered as his body felt really refreshed.

"Wait… what?" Looking at the sudden appearance of his stats, Arthur was surprised for sure. "The Agility… it increased?"

Of course, the synchronization stat had also increased, but that much was understandable for Arthur. Since it had increased in the game, it was bound to have increased here too.

But he didn't understand why his agility was also higher now.

'It rose from F- to F… a single grade increase.' Arthur noted. 'Is that also why I'm feeling better than normal?' he wondered.

It didn't take Arthur much to put two and two together, grasping the change. Though now he had another question.

"Just how much does this rank increase actually affect me?" He wondered.

To find an answer to this, Arthur came up with a straightforward test.

"Just need to do the same as in game… Run!" Arthur said to himself before walking to the wardrobe and changing into sweatpants and a hoodie.

Having worn that, he quickly went down to the lobby, before plotting a course for him. The concierge noticed him and was about to greet him, but noticed the serious look on his face.

Seeing that, he hesitated from speaking out, only to watch Arthur muttering to himself.

"Hmm… there's not many people. Perfect for running." He muttered before taking a breath and charging forth.

"Huh… guess he's startling a workout routine." The Concierge realized. 'Considering his condition yesterday carrying those bags, it looks like he wants to be better,' He reckoned.

Outside the apartments, Arthur started sprinting, using all his effort. At first, he didn't feel that much of a difference.

But after thirty seconds had passed, Arthur realized that he wasn't feeling as tired as he would be normally.

"This… is… better…" Arthur said between his breaths.

ραndαsΝοvεl ƈοm He also checked his surroundings and realized that he had come farther than he normally would.

'I should be about two hundred meters from the apartment… Normally I should only be half as far in this time.' Arthur estimated.

But he didn't stop there and continued to run. Another thirty seconds passed, and Arthur started to feel fatigued.

He was running out of breaths and it was now getting a bit painful for him to run.

"I… can… still… do more!" Arthur said to himself, pushing himself further.

A few people saw him running strangely, but ignored him. It wasn't unusual for people to go out for morning runs after all. And seeing Arthur's physique, they simply assumed that he was out for the same.

Arthur managed to run for another twenty seconds before it became too much for his body.

"Haa… HAA…" Arthur slowed down before coming to a halt.

He held his knees and bent over, trying to catch his breath.

"That… was thrilling for sure…" Arthur said between breaths.

He looked at his surroundings and realized that he was nearly four hundred meters from his Apartment. He spotted a bench nearby and sat down, thinking about what had just happened.

'I managed to improve my sprint time. It was pretty much doubled for the first thirty seconds, but decreased after.' Arthur thought.

Normally it would take him thirty seconds to cover a distance of 100 meters. It was low for an adult, but then again, Arthur's real body wasn't exactly ideal. It wasn't even average if one thought about it.

But now, the improvement that had come to his stats had shown a direct effect on his real body.

'What made the Agility stat change for my real body, though?' Arthur questioned himself.

He thought about the stats of his game avatar and recalled the stats.

'My Agility is the highest stat in game… but the strength, toughness and Will stat are also quite closer.' Arthur wondered just what brought about the change.

"No, wait… my Will is that high only if I add the equipment. And my strength might be second highest, but it is still at 24, unlike my Agility which reached 26!" Arthur finally grasped it.
